Audit. The Clerk reported
that the external audit had now been completed and
no irregularities were reported.

20: It
was unanimously agreed that Mr L Essam be sent a
cheque to the value of £50.00 for once again
providing an internal audit service together with a
letter of thanks.

Playground
Repairs |
21: Wicksteed
Leisure had provided a quote totalling £15747.00 to
replace all safety matting. It was agreed not to
proceed at the present stage. The Clerk drew
attention to the ongoing maintenance problems and Mr
Colson offered to enquire whether Mr D Hackney was
able to effect repairs. It was also requested that
the local press was made aware of the persistent
vandalism.
